# Quickstart

Get a key and make the first call.

## The steps

1. **Sign up.** Sign up with your Google Workspace account. Email codes sign in existing accounts. No card is needed.
2. **Get 1,000 free contact credits.** A new account receives 1,000 contact credits to spend. One delivered contact row is one unit. Counts are always free.
3. **Create your key.** The app issues one live key with the prefix lm_live_. The key is shown once. Store it.
4. **Connect your client.** Add the MCP server to your agent, or call the REST API with the key. The table below gives each client.
5. **Watch your usage.** Every response carries a quota block. The dashboard shows the contact credits used and the contact credits left, per day and per month.
6. **Pay $500 a month.** One paid plan, one price. Pay in the app when the free contact credits run out.
7. **Run on the full plan.** The paid plan has unlimited contact credits, under the Fair Usage Policy, with no overage. Premium units draw on a monthly premium credits allowance; there are no credit packs to buy. [Read the Fair Usage Policy](https://leadmcp.ai/fair-usage).

## Your first call

A count is free. Send a filter and read the number. A live key starts with `lm_live_`.
