# Send feedback

`POST /feedback`

Reports a problem with one call to the LeadMCP team: a missing feature or filter, a bug, wrong data in a row, or an unclear error. Send the request_id of that call. The request_id must be from the last 7 days. The same request_id and category sent again returns the first feedback_id and does not count again. A key can send 20 reports a day, and an account can send 100 a day. A day is the last 24 hours. Free.

## Request body

- `request_id` | string | required. The request_id from the response of the call that went wrong. It must be from the last 7 days.
- `category` | enum | required. The kind of problem: a missing feature or filter, a bug, wrong data in a row, or an unclear error. Values: `missing_feature`, `bug`, `wrong_data`, `unclear_error`.
- `tool` | string | required. The tool or route the agent called or wanted. Free text: a tool that does not exist is accepted.
- `row_id` | string | optional. The id of the row with wrong data, when there is one.
- `message` | string | required. What went wrong, or what the agent needed.

## Response

- `feedback_id` | string | required. The id of the report. A repeat of one report returns the same id.
- `status` | string | required. Always `received`.

## Failures

| Status | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| `400` | The request shape, a filter key, a value, a cursor or the enrichment mode was rejected. |
| `401` | The credential is missing, unknown or revoked. |
| `429` | The key sent 20 feedback reports in the last 24 hours, or the account sent 100, or the key passed its request limits. |
| `503` | The data is unavailable for a short time. |
